Basic Rental Listings can be selected as Listed when there's a vacancy so that prospective tenants can see the listing and apply for a showing by sending an email through our SCAM/SPAM preventive messaging system.
Other sites charge up to $40 for 1 listing and a period of only one month! Not only are we cheaper but they do not offer the same level of detail in their listings and the ease of use as we provide.
Your apartments remain in our system so whenever you have a vacancy all you need to do is set the apartment as Listed and prospective tenants will be able to apply.
Hide Address is an additional service available to paying customers.
If Hide Address is enabled on your apartment the address will be hidden from prospective tenants viewing your listings. Your rental listing will still be shown through the site and the maps but part of your address will be hidden with a few ****. This service is very useful if you live in the house or building where there is a vacancy and you don't want to get disturbed by prospective tenants showing up without an appointment.
You can add pictures to your rental listings to give a better picture of your vacant apartment. We always recommend adding pictures to your listings as this will save you time on showings due to more informed tenants. With our free plan we allow 4 pictures per listing, but as a paying customer you can add unlimited amount of pictures to each listing.
Our Featured Rental Listings offers lots of advantages over Basic Rental Listings. In short Featured Rental Listings will give you increased exposure, statistical information and lots more.
