I will be moving away due to my job @ the end of may and I am looking to sublet my 2 bedroom apt in Winnipeg @ 1740 Taylor ave. It's a good size close to 780 sq ft with laundry on site, water is included, hard wood floors in bedroom and carpet in living room. One parking spot, Lease is up in September you can re- sign if you would like to stay longer after the lease is up. water is included so you pay for your hydro with I find is pretty cheap, and internet, phone and t.v. I have had Shaw come in and install their phone lines in the master bedroom and living room, as well as MTS's. There is T.V hook up in the master bedroom from Shaw and internet connection from Shaw in the second bedroom.Very close to bus stops. Good neighborhood. No Balcony I am sorry and no Pets :(
