By becoming an affiliate of Rentmore.ca we will pay you when you refer someone who then purchases one of our products. It's absolutely free to become an affiliate.
Once you've referred the person your work is done and you will get paid without doing any extra work!
Refer landlords or tenants to sign up and if they purchase one of our products we will pay you 10% of the value of the product and every other product the person buys from us for a full year!
How much you make very much depends on how many you refer and how much they purchase.

Once I referred someone to sign up do I have to do anything else?
Nope. Once you've gotten someone to sign up all you have to do is wait for the cash to roll in! You refer someone, or even better several, and your work is done.
If you know someone who might be interested in our services you can get paid to refer this person. A person that you could refer would be your landlord or if you are a caretaker you could refer the owner of the property. If you are a landlord yourself you can also refer other landlords to sign up. Why not get paid to do so!
How do I refer people?
You will be getting a unique url that you can use (Ex: http://www.rentmore.ca/aff/1525/). If someone uses that url to go on Rentmore.ca to purchase one of our products you will get paid. You can also give your affiliate id to the person and they have the option of entering that when they create their new user.
Website owners:
If you run a website, blog or even a myspace or Facebook page you can use this kind of referal.
Once you join our affiliate program you will have access to our banners and promotional material which you can use. You will be getting an affiliate id and a unique url.
When someone clicks on one of your banners, with your unique url, we will know that you referred them. It's really that easy! Place your banners once and watch the commissions roll in.
How does Rentmore.ca keep track of visitors being referred by me?
Your Affiliate Id will be either inserted into the URL (Ex: http://www.rentmore.ca/aff/1925/apartment-finder/) that you provide or given by you manually to the person that you are referring.
Using your Affiliate URL
If you provide your Affiliate URL and the person uses it you will instantly see the click in your Affiliate Dashboard. We will also save a cookie on the person's computer which will stay there for 3 months. If the person comes back later without using your Affiliate URL, and the cookie is still there, your Affiliate Id will still be saved on the person profile! Any purchase made thereafter and a year forward you will get paid for.
Manually giving your Affiliate Id
If the person manually enters the Id into the Sign Up form you will be able to see it as a Sign Up in the Affiliate Dashboard. You will not be able to track clicks by using this method. We recommend that you use your Affiliate URL since it increases your chances of getting paid since you will get paid even if the landlord forgets to enter your id.
How do I know if my referals are working?
Once you've been approved you can go to our Training Center where there are Affiliate URL examples. If you click on one of those URLs and thereafter go back to your Affiliate Dashboard you will instantly see that there was a click.
Payments will be done via PayPal every month. If you don't have a PayPal account you can get one here absolutely free.
Is there a minimum payment?
Yes. If the commissions for any month are less than $25.00CAD we will hold those commissions until the total amount due is atleast $25.00CAD. You can check your commission reports and stats in your account so you can always keep track of your earnings.
Yes, we welcome affiliates from around the globe. However our services only target the Canadian market. Our american version, Rentmore.us, currently does not work with our affiliate system.
First you need to sign up with a free user. If you don't plan on using any of the landlord/property manager functions we recommend that you sign up as a tenant. If you plan on using the landlord/property manager functions as well you can sign up as a manager.
Once you are signed up go to Affiliate and apply as an affiliate.
